Attendee Information

• Children (0 - 17 years): $10 per attendee

• Adults (18 - 64 years): $80 per attendee

• Seniors (65+ years): $20 per attendee


We encourage you to register early to secure your spot and help us plan accordingly. If you have any questions regarding the fees or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Payment Information

Payment for registration fees and any additional costs will be accepted only via direct bank transfer to our treasurer. Bank details will be provided in your confirmation email.

By submitting this registration form, I commit to the accuracy of the information provided. I understand that the information will be used for reunion planning and logistics.


2. Payment Obligation

I acknowledge that I am responsible for paying the registration fees, t-shirt costs. Payment details will be provided upon registration confirmation.


3. Consent to Whakapapa Publication

I consent to the collection, preservation, and publication of my whakapapa information for the purposes of preserving our whānau history and for the benefit of future generations. This information will be handled with care and respect, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). For more information on your rights regarding the handling of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Act 2020.


4. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal and whakapapa information collected will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Act and used solely for the reunion purposes.


5. Respect for the Marae

By attending the reunion, I agree to respect the marae protocol, including the no alcohol and no smoking policy, and to observe tikanga while on the marae grounds.
